All applicants must be passionate about children knowledgeable about Early Childhood Education Christian Education Knowledgeable in Early Achievers and have a personal relationship with Jesus Applicants should be willing and able to work with infants toddlers preschoolers and Grade school children as well as take on non-classroom tasks such as cleaning organization and general upkeep. Should be willing to work in a flexible environment and must display a thorough knowledge of child development. Candidates must possess strong communication leadership organizational and multitasking skills and must be detail-oriented. Applicants must be a team player and work closely to other staff members. Desired Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience Age Groups Toddler College degree First Aid Training CPR Early Childhood Education (ECE) -Minimum of a CDA (AA or BA in ECE preferred) -Experience in a licensed child care setting -Approved WA state DEL portable background check (visit merit. del. wa. gov for more information) -Registered with STARS and MERIT -Proof of negative TB test -Infant-Child-Adult First Aid CPR BBP Certification -Knowledge and understanding of child care licensing requirements within Washington state -Physically able to perform duties such as lifting diaper changing and cleaning -Food Handler s permit is a plus.
