Its a VERY large room with a large closet as well. The room is at the rear of the apartment (very quiet) and overlooks our private lanai (extra points if you get the reference lol). The patio is seriously one of the largest ONLY in the neighborhood and is perfect for having a cute cocktail or entertaining your friends The living room is fully furnished and has a trendy exposed brick wall and fire place thing (youve seen em - not a real fire place). We have a large TV speakers and an Apple TV. We want someone that wants to make this more of a home like us.
