Room for rent in awesome house

Hey I have a room for rent in my beautiful 3brd 2 bath modern home. Your bathroom will be shared with one other roommate but he is RARELY home. Feel free to treat the home like your own all I ask is to clean up after yourself as it is a very large home to maintain. I have 1 dog 1 cat & 1 baby bunny. They are all well trained & I am not allowing any more pets. Currently I live here with two other males 1 being my boyfriend & our friend Mason in another room. The home is modern & well kept. I am 21 years old & the other two are also in their 20s so I m looking for someone in our age group preferably female. We also have high speed internet fireplace 3 driveways huge back front yard with fence close to gas stations a pool hall & grocery stores central air heat large bedrooms bath family room doubles as a sun room & we all like to drink & have a good time gaming socializing & playing pool. Rent is 550 a month utilities.
