It s a 5-10 min. walk from the hospital and is fully furnished with all utilities included except electricity which is about 35 month. The only carpeted areas are the bed rooms but everywhere else (bathrooms included) are hardwood tiled. The apartment complex is pet friendly as well The rent for the room is about 935 month individual 12-month lease. The apartment is fairly new going on its second year. The washer and dryer and all standard appliances are also in the apartment. It s located near downtown and has a state of the art pool hot tub fitness room gas grills fire-pits and more.
