I have been there I was a chubby kid who got made fun of so much until one day I decided to do take action. I didn t know a lot so I tortured myself eating a bunch of nasty vegetables I didn t like. Then I found myself skinny skinny arms and legs with no abs again I was frustrated. It seemed like I just had bad genetics. Especially when I began going to the gym in high school and saw ZERO results. I just quit at that point and decided that my genetics would never allow me to achieve the dream body every guy hopes for. It wasn t until college that trial and error combined with vigorous research that I finally saw what worked and what was complete BS fed to us by the media and our out-of-shape gym teachers. You don t need to eat brussel sprouts you don t need to do cardio 6 days a week and you don t need to run away from bread. I m here to cut your learning curve and deliver to you exactly what is the bare minimum to achieve the body you want. As an ACE certified coach I will train you on everything that is necessary so that you can train on your own and won t have to continuously need coaching after we conclude.
