I already signed my lease at Boardwalk at Dewberry Landing for August 2016 to July 31 2017 but my roommate moved away earlier than planned. I would like to move out at the end of the summer so I can live with a new incoming student I will know. This apartment complex is intended for college student living but you do not have to be a college student to live here.This apartment complex has all there is offer and the room rates are the lowest in the area The rooms are very spacious (there are 4 bedrooms in each apt.) and you rent the room and have your own personal bathroom. Most utilities are covered--they give you an allowance for electric and if you use more than that you just have to pay the difference. Having a washer and dryer makes doing laundry very convenient. There is also a dishwasher and plenty of kitchen and dining room space. The apartment is furnished so you would not need to bring much furniture if any at all depending on what you preferred. There is a pool sand volleyball court and workout room for apt. community use along with other amenities that can be found on the website. The monthly rent would be 375 any difference in electric cost (if any for that month). Only extra cost for the sublet would be a one-time payment of 185 for application procedures to my knowledge. If you sign a new lease instead of subleasing you will not be able to move in until August 15th but you can move into my room as early as August 1st--potentially earlier if it can be arranged.
