GloRun OKC August 27th

This will be the GloRun 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run s 5th year. The run will be unlike any other in the metro area. Runners sprint in the darkness towards the finish line through multiple tunnels filled with artwork and black lights so make sure to show up in your brightest colors Runners who wish to accessorize their look before the races can visit the body paint station and glow gear stand which are available to all participants. A DJ is on hand to add a pulsating soundtrack as runners make their way along the course from start to finish where the first 400 5K runners to cross the finish line receive a finisher medal. Proceeds from the run go toward The Recovery Center a 501c3 not for profit organization that helps individuals who suffer from drug and alcohol abuse. For more information on TRC visit trcok.com.
