I am looking for ONE responsible person (no couples) who is capable of sharing the apt with my housemate Erica. (We have a NO overnight guests policy ) The location is fantastic - just blocks from Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park and just up the hill from the Brooklyn Academy of Music and the Barclays Center. We are officially in Prospect Heights with Park Slope directly across Flatbush. The nearest subways are the 2 3 Bergen St or Grand Army Plaze stops (3 blocks away) or the B Q 7th Ave stop (2 blocks away) with many more subways (and the LIRR) just 4 blocks away at the Pacific St Atlantic Terminal station.My apt is in a small coop and is located on the second floor - this is a walk up building My bedroom gets 4-6 hours of direct light each day. There is AC in my bedroom and the living room. The kitchen has an overhead fan. The W D is located in a mezzanine level in the lobby - a dollar per load (wash & dry).The rental fee is all-in - no additional charges for the wifi thousands of cable stations or utilities. The rental fee is NOT negotiable although I am willing to sublet for just 4 of the 5 wks for a rate of 1 600 if that is better for you.I will need an advance payment for the complete rent a 300 deposit and 3 references.
