COLLEGE WORKS PAINTING is seeking highly energetic motivated and hard-working individuals.Experience is a plus but by no means necessary. We will train the right candidates. This could be perfect for college students or anyone else looking for a great summer job. If you are interested in making great money all while working outside and having fun then apply today. If you have a fair amount of exterior painting experience and are extremely efficient and quick with a paint brush sprayer you will be able to beat our budgets as long as you work hard earning 1.5-3x your base wages. Wages start at 9.00 hr and can go up to 15.00 hr. Painters will also be expected to help market the business and have the chance to earn raises and advanced positions through their marketing efforts. We have production and marketing management positions that will be awarded to our best painters within the first few weeks. Our production and marketing management positions are well paid and can be a huge boost to a resume as you will be in charge of a number of different people and projects. These positions are only awarded to the team members that display the most leadership ability.
