Room for rent in single family home

We are looking to rent a room in a single family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. My partner and I live in the home. Must be pet friendly as we have 2 cats. The common areas of the home are shared including bathroom. We are seeking a responsible clean and respectful person (Drama free). No hard core drugs allowed. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Personal references are required and a background check will be done. The room will be available August 1st. We prefer a female but are open-minded for the right candidate.
