He had kidney stones that the owners left untreated for way to long and decided he needed a better chance. His bladder wall and uretha was inflamed and irritated he had multiple UTI s enlarged prostate and was constantly dripping urine. Now fast forward to July 2016 - after being on MULTIPLE different antibiotics having multiple blood tests and urinalysis done along with x-rays ultrasounds and special cultures being sent out time and time again and even having a surgery called a Urithrostomy where they relocate the uretha so instead of peeing out of his penis he pees out of a new created opening similiar to a vagina he is still having leaking issues. So after going to a Michigan State University Veterinarian specialist in the Internal Medicine department they are now recommending to do a contrast test where they will put a catheter in his uretha and put a die in there to see where the urine is going. They may also put a scope camera in there as well to look around and do some scrapings. Chances are good he will need to have a very expensive ( 4000) surgery to fix his chronic issues.
