Is currently in the search for a recruiter for one of our clients located in Hayward this is a temporary position that is to last anywhere between 2-3 months.Description Responsible for sourcing high caliber applicants that meet the qualifications for open positions act as a consultant to hiring managers and Human Resources (HR) to fill open positions with engaged and diverse candidates.Responsibilities - Provide proactive recruitment support by working with hiring managers to develop an in-depth understanding of the position candidate requirements and assist in specifying in-depth job requirements - Proactively identify recruitment needs and network resources available in assigned districts - Manage advertising to be as cost effective as possible reaching the largest percentage audience by selecting the appropriate media scheduling frequency and includes creating online and print ads - Select organize and participate in job fairs assess potential contacts in an effort to identify qualified and diverse candidates for open positions - Use advanced search techniques and sourcing skills to identify candidates - Screen resumes provide recommendations and facilitate the assessment and selection process - Review processes procedures and develop recommendations for improvements and or system enhancements - Use expert recruitment knowledge including knowledge of federal and state employment laws to assist the hiring manager in the development of pre-screening interviews and selection interviews if no standard selection criteria available - Comply with all applicable laws regulations as well as company policies procedures - Perform other duties as requiredJob Type Full-timeSalary 25.00 hourRequired education Associate Required experience Recruiting 2 years
