condition excellent make manufacturer Unknown model name number Sightmaster size dimensions Base 6 X6 Hood 18 Wide X 3 Deep Yes its a Florescent Desk Lamp. It is made of metal very sturdy and bright. Works great just looks a little weird. I simply have no place for it anymore. I am not sure who made it. The base is aprox 6 X 6 The Hood is aprox. 18 Wide and aprox. 3 Deep. As shown in the picture it is aprox. 11 High but the neck is adjustable. The neck is adjustable so the hood can be reposition-ed side-to-side and up and down. There is no manufactures name on it just a model name Sightmaster
