I m a professional yoga teacher holding my 500 hour RYT certification and I am currently accepting clients who are interested in learning the art history philosophy and practice of yoga. I teach vinyasa yoga in several studios around Austin and I m looking to build my private client base with practitioners who are interested in more than just the physical practice of yoga. You can learn more about me by visiting my website www.resetedu.com I use a sliding scale for private clients. The scale starts at 30 per session and goes up to 90 per session. Clients can give what they like. Private yoga instruction includes Basic alignment based instruction study and discussion of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali study and discussion of the Vedic origin of yoga discussion and practice of the eight limbs of yoga (including asana (physical practice) pranayama (breathing practice) meditation mantra self study pointed focus and what it means to practice union with Isvara). In Patanjali s Yoga Sutras he says there are two ways to liberation the first is to practice the 8 limbed path of Ashtanga Yoga the second is to find a good teacher.
