This is a part time position CSRs handle incoming calls from multiple 800 numbers regarding multiple companies. The CSR uses their fact-finding skills to gather information from callers in order to assist the caller with their specific need or purpose of call. The information obtained is provided to the correct department or organization based on the CSR s evaluation of the information. A key responsibility is to set up claims for vehicle accidents and losses to homes businesses and verify coverage to provide initial services to assist with mitigation and customers immediate needs.
