recently bought this van in fair condition I pulled the old carpet out and put down hardwood laminate flooring replaced some of the cabinets and replaced the original upholstery with nice new canvas material replaced the original propane refrigerator with a brand new electric mini fridge. I fixed an oil leak has brand new brakes has a new rear main seal replaced the air pump replaced the ball joints resealed all windows and roof ready to withstand all types of weather. Needs a little work new top ac and generator but completely ready to hit the road. Includes sit down shower toilet water heater over head sleeper couch folds out into sleeper and lifts up for storage drivers seat and passanger seat rotate around for open sitting area table top and stand stored away but easily accessible for dining fully operational sink 10 inch color flat screen tv propane stove and sewage hook ups. There is an awning already mounted on the side easy to pull out in great condition. The back passanger seat is still in great condition just not featured in the pictures.
