Covering the Eastern Canada (EC) market Ontario Qu bec and the Maritimes the inside Sales representative is a key link between company and its customers. First point of contact with the customers he receives inquiries and assists with their demands. He develops a good rapport with the clientele and effectively promotes our products and services. Responsibilities Closely works with Outside Sales Representatives. Assists them in taking customer s inquiries addressing questions preparing and sending quotations and follow-ups until orders are received shipped and collected.Contributes to meeting Sales objectives in Volume Profits and Products developments. Participates at all levels of the Sales Cycle Prospection and projects follow-up customers solicitation development of demands and supply sources bid preparation purchase of materials transport and logistics file documentation for invoicing collection and follow-ups until final payment is received. If need be assist in claims resolutions.Provides good visibility in the market and informs the manager and sales reps on market trends and competitor s activities.Per Corporate and EC plans participates to sales optimization profits and market growth. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in the Construction Industry preferably in sales of materials.Degree in administration commerce marketing engineering or construction.Must be at ease working with Numbers. Can evolve in a highly professional environment dealing with jobs superintendents contractors engineers buyers vice-presidents directors and presidents.Familiar with MS Office Word Excel and PowerPoint. Can learn new software easily.Fluently Bilingual English and French.10 % travel time In the Territory for sales support activities and in USA for meetings and training ( Passport req.) Qualities Good communicator and Service oriented Likes working and dealing with people.Quickly establishes good relationships with customers suppliers and teammate s co-workers.Ability to work in a fast moving and multi task environment.Attentive to details and precise in his work.Tenacious and capable of finding solutions to problems encountered.
