After 12 noon everything under 50 is 50% off and anything over 50 is 30% off. This estate of a recently deceased elderly gentleman includes everything in the house . . . and pieces of the house That includes all appliances window A C units and fixtures. Also pieces of the house such as interior doors bathroom fixtures kitchen cabinets and more as the house will be torn down. The elderly gentleman had downsized and filled the garage with items. It is packed full of treasures we are yet to uncover but we can see some nice pieces of vintage furniture.
