Partners looking for a new home

Me and my partner are looking for a home to rent. We have a small very well behaved dog. We are both in school full time and work full time. Due to the bills we have we are looking for rent somewhere under 1000. Our current living situation is deteriorating fast and with a dog it is very difficult to find somewhere to go. The house we live in now is jointly owned by my partner and his brother. Due to the size of the house and my partner s brother s alcohol problem living here is becoming dangerous to our safety and our education. After the last incident we would rather pay out triple what we do now than live in the trap house situation we are stuck in. With both of us in school if we don t find a place soon the stress may begin effecting our education. We would prefer a house but an apartment that would allow a small dog would be great as well. One of us works in Toms river and the other in Manahawkin. One of us goes to Stockton and the other online. So as far as location we are looking for something SOUTH of Toms River. We are both very clean and organized guys. Also being in school disqualifies us from most if not all of the low income apartment complexes in the area making it that much more difficult to find a home.
