We are a stones throw away from Lanesplitter Emeryville Pac N Save the Bay Bridge-Emeryville shopping complex (Starbucks Nordstrom Rack Ulta Taco Bell Home Depot Best Buy Michaels Pet Club Office Depot) AC Transit MacArthur BART Kaiser Oakland PIXAR Arizmendi Emeryville IKEA and Target-Emeryville. The Emeryville Bay Street Shopping Center is just a few more minutes away. We are two BART stops away from UC Berkeley. The room has three windows 2 southern and 1 western facing with mini-blinds. The room is equipped with wall sconces ceiling lighting and natural sunlight. There is shade from a magnolia tree growing near the southern facing windows. The room has hardwood floors a closet with a door mirror attached a closet shelf and clothing pole inside. There is a 4.4 cubic ft. refrigerator equipped with the room. There is a twin bed in the room that can be used by a potential renter. Share kitchen bathroom washer dryer front and back porches and backyard. There is on-street parking. Financial Details and Utilities Moving In The total to move in is 1850 ( 925 first month 925 deposit). Deposit is returned to you within 30 days of moving out less unpaid bills damages.
