Handyfox Perform highly skilled interior and exterior painting and related assignments in one or more of the following modes serves as project leader serves as team leader and or team member works independently to provide senior-level painting tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Paints and patches as directed by work orders Maintain proper documentation and or reports concerning assigned duties and work performed Manages own time in a productive and reliable manner completing work assignments on time Completes appropriate volume of work while maintaining quality standards Organize work procedures to general acceptable levels of productivity Completes own work as required and will assist others as needed. Cooperates with coworkers and management to maintain a harmonious environment Provides courteous service to internal external customers in all activities Core Skills Flexible with working hours Have your own hand tools. Have your own public liability insurance Communicates in a professional manner emphasizing objectivity and nonjudgmental viewpoints Assist in solving customer problems in a cooperative manner. Performs other related duties as assigned.
