Don t Judge Me for Who I AM is a riveting play that explores the daily struggles of college students around the world. This play presents the opportunity for its audience members to reflect on their different experiences in high school and how those decisions shaped their current stance. BJ is a young man that was diagnosed at birth with the disability cerebral palsy. However even though BJ is disabled he refused to allow his disability to dictate his life. He uses his disability and daily trials as the building blocks for motivating the people he holds dear to his heart. Centered on the different situations that BJ and his friends find themselves in Don t Judge Me for Who I AM shines light on the different hardships that students find themselves encountering on a daily basis bullying substance abuse sexual orientation misconceptions of love and violence.
