We have 1 bedroom to rent with a bathroom to share with two male renters who have been here 1-1 2 years. (The present renter has lived here for 3 years. We are an older household (over 50) and are quiet respectful and friendly people. We also have very busy schedules and do not spend much time at home as we all work and are out and about most of the time so we seldom see each other. We are looking for a responsible individual who might enjoy living in our household and also someone who is looking for a quiet neighborhood in the Bennett Valley area of Santa Rosa..We do not smoke drink or do drugs. Rent is 675 mo with a deposit of 500. Utilities are extra and can run anywhere from 50 to about 75 approximately. TV hookup is your responsibility. The first month s rent and the deposit are necessary in order to begin renting. The room is available on July 1st or possibly a few days before July 1st..
