Hello I m a reliable financially stable female seeking a room or an apartment to rent on the island I m also open to sharing a place with a responsible male or female. I would consider an unfurnished or furnished place depending on the price. I am looking for a long term lease washer dryer in unit preferably under 950 . Will be relocating to the area July 1st. I already have full time employment. I am pretty laid back easy going personable responsible have great credit respectful of others privacy and reliable. I do not do drugs. I have no pets but do not have any problem if you do as long as they are friendly. I clean up after myself my environment and I am able to pay my rent and all other bills on time.
