What I m looking for Room to rent in long beach with immediate move in date. Ideal rent would be about 650 or less with utilities included. I m animal friendly. Parking spot isn t necessary. Please don t contact me about shared rooms. Preferably a private bathroom also but not necessary. Washer dryer would be great but again not necessary. Does not need to be furnished. About Me I am a 23 year old female and i am starting lbcc college this summer. I just recently moved back from Temecula area where i was working as a telemarketer. I currently do not have a job but i am more than actively seeking and applying. So how am i gonna pay rent Well glad you asked. My wonderful mother will be paying my rent for me until I get back on my feet. I am easy going and can get along with most people. I do like to be social and hang with a few friends so I need a equally chill roommate who doesn t mind company sometimes (even though we would keep to ourselves) I am animal friendly .i do not have my own pets.
