We meticulously check for PTW( piston to wall clearance ) on every cylinder to ensure a perfect clearance every time. This eliminates any possibility of piston scoring or piston blow-by. -Deck both case halves by equal amounts. -Deck both head surfaces to equal amounts -De-burr re-tap threads and chamfer all edges. -Multistep Deep cleaning (Never Abrasive materials) -Clean all oil galleys including Turbo inlets and outlets -ARP assembly Lube -LocTite fasteners and head bolts -Muilti Angle Valve job (Custom layout per seat) -Non Cracked heads -Valves regrind to a minimal -Valve adjustment set to perfect manufacturers specifications -Heads are completely machined and inspected -ALL AVCS Cam gears are taken to be rebuilt to ensure no metal getting in the engine and or kicking off a check engine light. -Clean all cams and cam journals Price for rebuild is 4000.
