Construction Estimator Asbestos Lead PCB Selective Demo and Mold Remediation Qualifications and Requirements Possess sense of urgency professional demeanor positive attitude and strong work ethic Minimum five (5) years construction estimating experience Residential and commercial property estimating experience in excess of 50 000 Satisfactory completion of OSHA Construction 30 hour course Must be self-driven and motivated while possessing leadership skills as well Must possess valid driver s license Must be willing to get background check Responsibilities Going to mandatory pre-meetings for any open bids for future projects (periodic travel) Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per American Vets Abatement Experts LLC vehicle policy Be able to communicate clearly and with details for specific elements of the project when dealing with individual clients contractors Responsible for the preparation and subsequent negotiation of bid submissions for projects Meet all project bid deadlines Comply with all Federal State and local legal requirements Other duties as assigned Skills English language literacy and fluency Computer proficiency with Microsoft Offices programs of Outlook Excel and Word Project budgeting Project schedule creation and compliance Excellent organizational skills and time management Accurate scopes of work with minimal over under errors Salary is commensurate with experience and skills.
