Master Bedroom in Nice Home

Master bedroom for rent in a nice home on North Cumberland St. It is a four bedroom home but I am the only occupant. I want to rent the room basically to help pay the bills. Gets expensive living in a big house. You would get the master bedroom which is quite large with a small walk-in closet. The monthly rent is 450. All the utilities(gas electric water and garbage pick-up)are included in your monthly rent. If you want cable you would only have to pay the extra 10- 15 a month for a box and you would have cable. I am a white male in my 50 s. I am retired and spend a lot of time at the YMCA the library volunteering biking reading and trying to enjoy some nice weather.
