3SIXTY Wheel Gymnastics - Summer Term 2016

This class is aimed at beginners who want to try out Wheel Gymnastics or Cyr Wheel and advanced students who would like to work on new tricks and build a routine. There are ten classes during the summer term. You can purchase 1 or two bundles of five classes and take the classes any time between June 7 and August 30 2016. Additional classes can be purchased on a drop-in basis at any time for 26. Classes can be transferred. Classes take place on Tuesdays from 5-7pm at the NL Sports Centre (Powerplex) on the following dates June 7 June 14 June 21 June 28 July 5 July 12 August 2 August 9 August 23 August 30 What to expect A great full-body workout Completely new experience of motion Lesson includes 30 minimum warm-up stretching & conditioning followed by 90 minimum training in the wheel The class is co-ed and suitable for kids teens and adults aged nine and up. All you need is a pair of thin sneakers and comfortable sports clothes....
