It is a four bedroom four bathroom apartment that comes fully furnished (i.e. bed frame mattress - full desk chair 2 dressers dining table 4 chairs sofa armchair coffee table TV stand end table etc.). Private bathroom within the bedroom. Dishwasher washer and dryer in unit. Loft ground include a resort style swimming pool gym tanning area air hockey table pool table 2 community grills etc. Great location. Right by SAC and is very centrally located and close to downtown with Crockett Park great restaurants and several bus stops within walking distance (i.e. the 90 route stops right in front of the main entrance). Parking garage access available for an additional fee if you have a car otherwise there is ample street parking on side streets. ALL utilities are included (water electricity cable internet trash pickup). You are only responsible for your own personal rent no need to worry about picking up the slack if your roommates if they fall behind on rent or decide to move-out.
