I am a 37-year-old single full-time employed male seeking an apartment duplex house or townhome to rent. I have a felony conviction on my record from 2006 (on parole until 2020). My past indicates I was a young foolish kid making poor decisions. Run a credit check on me and you will see evidence of a different person who is living responsibly and making better decisions. I am not seeking a second chance just a chance to show that I will be a quality tentant. I am quiet no parties no smoking no drugs. I go to work come home watch t.v. play video games and sleep. My rent month preference is 550 if I am paying utilities or up to 650 if utilities are paid. I work for a national company with a job that is highly stable. Before any agreement is made full details of my background will be provided.
