I have a bedroom with an in-suite bathroom available for rent June 1st or sooner if need be.The bedroom is in a quaint 2 2.5 townhouse located in a small community in Montrose. The townhouse is furnished (the room available is not). There is a small patio in the back with a large grill. There is a small pool in the middle of the community. The property is an older one well-maintained and clean the upstairs bathrooms are renovated with granite countertops and new showers toilets. The downstairs does have a more vintage look however. While there is a trade-off between having the nicest floors and surfaces and affordable rent this place is about being affordable but still very nice and secure. The price for the location simply cant be beat depending on your tastes. I am a 35 year old single female Im a project manager and Ill be traveling for my job from time to time. I also bartend on the weekends and workout on my evenings as well as study for grad school. So I prefer a professional between 30-45 years old male or female clean and organized when it comes to the common areas. Rent is 848 a month. Water is included in the rent.
