Employment Experience Qualified applicants will have experience in at least one of the following fields auto dealership warranty sales outside sales or marketing experience of vehicle service contracts telemarketing of extended auto warranty contracts. Those in the marketing industry who are comfortable selling and are outgoing will also be considered. Intelligent and receptive to training Qualified applicants will be intelligent and be receptive to training new ideas and new ways of doing things. Fast learner and adaptive We operate in a fast-paced environment and it is imperative that applicants have the ability to learn new skills and retain those skills fast. We are also looking for someone who can adapt to change easily. Outgoing and Confident This is a sales job. This means that qualified applicants must be able to excel at talking and interacting with others. You must also be an excellent listener and be able to listen to each and every person s needs and help resolve their issues. Overcoming objections and rebutting is also a key skill that is needed. Confidence is also necessary. Proficient using Computers This job entails high computer usage. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office is necessary. Applicants will have proficiency with Microsoft Windows Office and should be fast when using computers. Detail Oriented and Multi-Tasking You must be able to pay close attention to detail and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
