ROOMMATE(S) NEED ASAP

A gay couple in need of a roommate(s) or couple that is seeking a bedroom. It is in an apartment. Two bedrooms and bath. You will have a good size room with two closets. Your own bathroom right outside the room. You can have one animal. A dog or cat goes on the lease. You do have to do the 50 background check that the apartment requires you to do before being on the lease. You will not be on it as a leaseholder but has an occupant. No past crimes. We do not care for drugs. Drinking is all good as long as you do not get loud. We are on the top floor. There is a dog park gym laundry cleaner courtyard pool tennis court car cleaner area and lots of parking. Friendly people. Balcony. You can do whatever you want here but no drama. We do not judge for anything. Carefree and kind people. You can use all the appliances. Food can either be shared or not. We are very open to anything. There is no bed or anything include. It is a spare room so nothing is in there. We have extra closet and storage room in the hall. We do have a small dining room area. Oh and best of all there is a fireplace and centre heat AC. We are open to anyone. Gay straight white black anything in the middle we don t care. Old and young. Just someone is trusting with bills. We only take offers that really have a job and have the money. You have to have a car or willing to ride the bus. No smoking in house. But can outside. Mall is 10 mins away. Walmart is 5 mins. Restaurant and many other super close. Pensacola state college is 10 mins away. Circle K is a min away right next to us. We are 20 mins away from the beach. So honestly what better place to live than have all that right by you. So message us or call. We can meet up talk and see what is going to happen. Just know if we say yes it could take the apartment to approve you about 2-3 days after us.
