The LPCA gives ranch families the tools they need to be successful by offering superior USDA inspected animal processing.Job Description Produce quality meat products while adhering to food safety standards Pre-Requisite Programs Standard Operating Procedures HACCP Plans and Good Manufacturing Practices.Requirements 1 years experience in the slaughter industry with experience on the kill floor. Knowledge of production operations techniques and food safety. Must be a team player with problem solving abilities and good attendance.
