We re searching for a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will solve complex mechanical problems and lead the development of working models from concept to full development. Works exclusively in the R& D department to solve complex mechanical issues and bring ideas from concept to working prototypes. The Ideal Candidate will have a history of solving complex mechanical problems. Proficient in 3D modeling and various CAD software. Experience with CNC Mills and 3D Printing a plus. Execute 3D modeling and kinematic study to build working prototypes. Investigate and validate conceptual designs for feasibility though calculations and simulations. Design test control apparatus plans and equipment for testing products. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer for integration of new products into existing manufacturing capabilities. Work closely with Engineering Manager to take concepts from working prototypes to manufacturable designs. Lead the handoff from R& D to product development. Setting up and executing experiments on prototype iterations.
