I am 26 years old. I am looking for someone to share my expenses--a mature roommate (student or young professional) that is drama free and considerate. We share common areas of the house so I would like someone who picks up after themselves. It is a 3 bedroom 1 and bath house (1000sq ft) with a washer and dryer and a kitchen with a dishwasher. The house sits on a large fenced lot with a small lake behind it. Although it is a 3 bedroom there will only be 2 of us sharing the space. You would be sharing the shower in the bathroom. The living areas would be shared but you would have a private bedroom (approx. 9x13) which is large enough for a queen size bed.
