Starting at 9 hour when working a full week am or pm schedule Earn 1 hour more if you are a high school graduate Earn 1 hour more if you have a bachelor s degree Work a set schedule No weekends Qualifications Required to Perform Essential Job Function Must be 16 years of age and have access to reliable transportation. Must maintain First Aid and CPR AED certification and or be certified within 30 days of orientation. Must be CPI certified within 90 days of orientation. Must obtain Stewards of Children certification within 6 months of orientation. Must Pass a background check that encompasses national state and local searches. Must pass pre-employment drug test. Hours Monday-Friday 6 45 a.m.-8 15 a.m. and or Monday-Friday 1 45 p.m.-6 15 p.m. Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation is seeking creative and energetic counselors for our before and after school program. Extended School Enrichment (ESE) is looking for individuals who have a passion for science art sports education and most importantly children. Counselors will be responsible for daily programming academic assistance and supervision of students. ESE positions are located at each of the 11 Carmel Clay Elementary Schools.
