RARELY USED.... This 5th wheel is a fun way for you to travel. This is a beautiful 2012 Keystone Avalanche that measures 40 feet in length and has 4 slide-outs. It has an R-37 insulation value that makes it ideal for 4 season camping. It is completely insulated including the bottom. With the high insulation value it stays very cool in the hottest days of summer. The bedroom features a queen size bed walk-in closet a mounted t.v. separate air conditioner dresser and drawers and is fully carpeted. The main living area highlights include a 5000 btu fireplace 42 inch television that lowers into the cabinet during travel a DVD CD player Dish brand satellite receiver box a comfortable leather sofa hide-a-bed. The mattress automatically inflates when opened for a bed. 2 leather recliners and a cherry dinette set with an extention leaf and 4 chairs. The chair seats lift for storage. There is cherry wood trim throughout. There is a multitude of cabinet et space for storage throughout the living area. The kitchen area has a mounted microwave gas stove and oven double basin sink with Pur water filter refrigerator freezer and a power sky light with vent fan. There is a lot of storage space in the kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower sink toilet and vented sky light. The mirror is a medicine cabinet with more storage under the sink. The exterior highlights include heated storage compartments (for winter camping) electric leveling jacks front and rear rear bumper mounted bike rack ( for 2 bikes) a Tailgater brand portable satellite dish enclosed in a waterproof housing that is very light weight exterior mounted speakers 12 foot outside mat and 12 foot electric awning. You will have plenty of fresh water for cooking and showering with a 66 gallon fresh water storage tank. To minimize trips to the dump station it has a huge 85 gallon grey water storage tank and an additional 50 gallon black water storage tank. Other extras include sewage hoses with a 10 foot collapsible hose stand and a white 25 foot hose for filling the fresh water tank. Keystone RV s are the best built and best equipped in the industry. To haul this beauty I will also give you the Reese brand Slider 5th wheel hitch for the back of your truck. (this hitch costs 4000.00) I have kept my camper in a covered storage building so it has not been subjected to the weather when not being used.
