Technician - Field Service

Job Title and Job ID Technician Number of Openings 1 Job Location Central and Northern Indiana Work Times 8 00-5 00 plus overtime (occasional evenings weekends) Hours Week 45 Start Date (if known) Immediate Job Description Installs and services commercial parking systems including garage lane equipment fee computers and associated software communications and networking systems. Assists with customer implementation of commercial parking systems including requirements definition project planning and management and training of operations and user personnel. Qualifications Candidates must have background in implementation & maintenance of systems with electronics electromechanical networking software firmware components with A Plus certification and Network Plus certification. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills needed at system equipment and component levels. Good interpersonal skills for written and verbal communications with customers and co-workers important. Experience with MS Office an Outlook as well as commercial software applications and databases highly beneficial. Strong work ethic with capability to operate independently and as a member of high performance teams required and be able to work outside during all seasons. Travel during the week can require overnight stays. Education and military training should be equivalent of 2 year technical or 4 year engineering technology degree. Must have good driving record and pass a Private Security background check.
