Duties and Responsibilities Management of budget forecasting and analysis and monthly and quarterly reporting processes Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures Identify investigate and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy procedures processes etc.) Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements Preparation analyzation and interpretation of financial statements Forecast cash flow positions and available funds for investment Assist in determining the company s proper capital structure Correspondence with auditors and franchisor regarding reporting tax and audit requirements Management of recruiting organizing and training of staff Compile key business metrics and report on them to franchisee owner Collaboration and communication between franchisor and franchisee owner Knowledge and Skills High proficiency of Microsoft Office and other finance reporting documenting software Maintain integrity discretion and judgement when dealing with financial matters High aptitude for preparing analyzing and interpreting financial results Work efficiently and accurately under deadlines Demonstrate initiative to remain organized and detail oriented in financial reporting and other documentation Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or related fields Minimum 4 years experience in Finance Management Accounting or related financial activities Compensation 80 000 to 90 000 yearEmail resume to jobatbk(at)outlook.com
