This position requires you to wear many hats to coordinate the back and front of the house while making customer service a priority. Duties Scheduling and managing wait staff Coordinating all aspects of the banquet service Being the Liaison between client and staff Requirements Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations Ability to multi-task Leadership experience including the ability to build an effective team Able to set direction for team while providing coaching mentoring and feedback Ability to work in a fast paced team environment Banquet or catering experience is required.
