Case Manager

The Center located in Newton NJ is seeking a 20 hour per week part time case manager for Pathways 2 Prosperity (P2). Pathways 2 Prosperity is an innovative initiative to end poverty under the Center s Financial Stability Project. The case manager is responsible fostering empowering relationships with P2 consumers to assist them in achieving their goals conducting entrance assessments facilitating groups developing goal plans maintaining case files tracking outcomes and providing community referrals. Candidates should possess a minimum of a BSW or related degree with experience utilizing a strengths perspective. Scheduling is flexible however Tuesday nights are required.
