A leading full-service immigration law office is looking for a full-time Korean English bilingual Legal Assistant Paralegal. Bachelors degree or equivalent education and professional experience preferred. Mandarin English bilingual speakers are encouraged strongly to apply.This position would be ideal for a recent college graduate planning to attend law school. If selected the legal assistant paralegal would work under direct supervision of a supervising attorney and would be exposed to the most interesting and complicated immigration law issues and cases with regard to all aspects of immigration and nationality law ranging from EB-5 investor visa all types of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas family-based immigration deportation defense federal court litigation against various government agencies. Clients range from multi-national corporations to individuals. Salary commensurate with experience.Collegial and friendly working environment. Those without experience would be trained. Selected legal assistant paralegal would start on a probationary period for a month.
