Office Manager

Essential functions Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review. Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff member. Create and maintain a proactive staffing schedule in order to maximize profitability productivity and minimize. Reply to general information requests with accurate information. Sort incoming mail faxes and deliveries for distribution. Prepare and send outgoing faxes mail and packages. Make office material and related purchases as required. Prepare control documents for use in reconciling one or more of the following payroll payable. Liaise with Executive Administrator and Human Resources. Qualifications Customer service retail sales or immigration-related roles would be benefi ability to identify customer needs and requirements aptitude for creative thinking. Intermediate level in Microsoft office suite. Special Requiements Monday to Friday Start 8 hours per day.
