Busy one-doctor dental practice looking for full-time dental assistant to provide joyful superior service to our patients. Certified assistants are preferred but we are willing to train the right person. You must be excited to learn new things. You need excellent interpersonal communication skills in order to contribute to the the team as well as motivate and instruct patients on optimal oral health. The ideal candidate thrives on organization and understands the value of supporting others. When offered criticism or instruction you act on it not react and blame others.
