Administration officer

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to provide support to the Administration team. Duties will include -Diary and meeting management -Financial functions -Maintaining quality processes and procedures -Document preparation including human resource forms letters reports presentations -Maintaining work place health and safety policies and procedures What do you need to be succesful in this role. -Know the windows interface inside and out -Ability to touch type -Be a team player while at the same time able to work alone -Approach the role with energy flexibility and creativity -Will enjoy learning and developing in the role if this sounds like you we welcome your application
