Description Simply Right is hiring an Excellent Bilingual (Spanish English) Customer Service Representative (CSR) for full-time opportunities for our corporate offices in Ogden Utah. Position pays between 10 and 12 hour starting immediately. You must be able to work an 8 hour shift schedule between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Fast paced office work and quick learner desired. Qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English. The CSR will be providing support for employees customers as well as providing world class customer service. Must have excellent attendance be a team player and be able to build solid customer relations. Answers incoming phone calls from both English and Spanish speaking customers provides accurate and appropriate information to callers. Places outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls. Enter data gather and verify required information for company. Oversee and monitor the time clock. Efficiently navigate the Internet to complete tasks. Translate and interpret documents and conversations from Spanish to English and vice versa. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. Adhere to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames. Observe contact center scheduling and ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation. Performs clerical or administrative duties as assigned. Process payroll monthly expenses. Must have some familiarity with numbers. Excellent Multi-line phone skills. Able to effectively multi-task. Willing and able to be extremely flexible. Bilingual English Spanish is absolutely mandatory do not apply if you are not fluent in both languages. Outstanding attention to detail. Strong organization and time management skills.
