Donate your bike for a good cause

Got bikes you want to get rid of Have leftovers from your yard sale Hebron Harman IB Elementary School is partnering with Bikes for the World to send used bikes to individuals in developing countries. Drop off will be on Saturday April23rd from 8 30 - noon when donated bikes will be taken apart and packed for transport. Donated bikes do not need to be in working order (but should not have significant rust). The school is located at 7660 Ridge Chapel Rd. Hanover MD 21076 just past BWI airport. If you do decide to come by the school there will be demonstrations and clinics from local bike shops (likely 11-12). These donated bikes will be distributed overseas where they will be reconditioned by community organizations to improve the lives of impoverished people by helping them get to work school and health clinics.
