My girlfriend and I are two college students looking for a room to rent in someone s house or apartment for the two of us and our male friend coworker. The three of us intend to share one room. My girlfriend has an Army Service Dog which we will ideally be bringing so we need a place that is dog friendly. He is a German Shepard so not a small dog but highly trained and well behaved meaning no unnecessary barking or destruction of personal property. We are hoping to pay 500 a month which can be reasonably negotiated later. East county is preferred (Santee Lakeside. El Cajon Spring Valley). We are not picky about roommates or neighborhood and we re all for a party place as long as hard drugs aren t a prominent daily feature.
